  • Presentation Title: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly - the different aspects of media content in times of generative AI
  • Presentation 2-Line Description: Join Erik Krupicka (BKA, Germany) and Kim Nguyen (TeleTrusT, Germany) for a fascinating exploration of the opportunities and challenges of generative AI in today's digital world. From highly realistic AI-generated images, audio, and video to emerging technologies for proving authenticity and provenance, this session explores both sides of the coin. Erik will demonstrate what is already possible with state-of-the-art generative AI and why distinguishing real from synthetic content is becoming increasingly difficult. Kim will show how standards developed by the C2PA can help establish trust by making the origin and integrity of digital content verifiable. Discover the good, the bad, and the ugly of AI-generated media.
