Intergraf Currency+Identity attendees, speakers and exhibitors are required to respect the event’s code of conduct to help ensuring a safe and positive experience for everybody.
While Intergraf has strict security procedures for accepting delegates and exhibitors to our events we are open to everyone, regardless of gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion.
You certainly are all well-intended people, but we want to underline that harassment or bullying in any form have no place at Intergraf’s events. This includes:
strong, vulgar, obscene or otherwise harmful language
racially, ethnically or otherwise, objectionable language
harassing, intimidating, stalking or threatening other participants, speakers, organisers and exhibitors
any form of sexual attention
libellous, defamatory or otherwise tortuous language
impersonation of another person
Speaking your mind is appreciated and encouraged, but don’t forget to listen to each other too. You are welcome to debate, have discussions, and to build upon each other’s insights, knowledge, and experience. However, don’t make things personal: it does not contribute to a healthy discourse.
Should you happen to behave disrespectfully, or if someone else shares their discomfort with you, own up to your words and actions and apologise accordingly. If you’re asked - whether by an Intergraf organiser or another attendee - to stop your behaviour, you’re expected to do so immediately and respectfully.
Attendees, speakers and exhibitors shall not:
post, distribute or otherwise make available any material or information infringing on the rights of a third party
photograph, video or audio record presentations
send any spam to other attendees
post, upload, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains malicious computer code, or reverse engineering or hack any materials on the event web and mobile applications
In the event that you do not meet the above-mentioned obligations, Intergraf reserves the right to exclude you from the event without refund, and to take appropriate legal action where applicable. This goes for everyone at Intergraf Currency+Identity, including attendees, speakers and exhibitors.
If you ever feel that anyone is crossing any boundaries (towards yourself or others), please contact a member of our team via email at intergrafconference@intergraf.eu.
Thank you for making Intergraf Currency+Identity a safe place for everyone – we hope you have a great time!
