  Stefan Hardt has served as Director General Cash Manager at Deutsche Bundesbank since 2015. Prior to this, he was President of the Regional Office for Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland, a position he held from 2010.

  He began his career with an apprenticeship in banking before studying business administra-tion at the University of Deutsche Bundesbank, where he graduated with an advanced bank-ing diploma.
