Hands-on experience of the latest products and solutions on the exhibition floor, with expert staff on hand to answer all your questions.

3. Networking

Coffee breaks (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) and lunches (Wednesday/Thursday) to keep swapping ideas face-to-face between sessions.

4. Networking events

After-hours fun: enjoy all that Copenhagen has to offer during our Welcome Cocktail (Tuesday), Exhibition Aperitif (Wednesday), and Dinner party (Thursday). These activities are included for registered delegates. Accompanying persons (limited to personal partners, such as a spouse or significant other) may join for an additional fee.

5. Mobile app

Full access to our event app (as of two weeks before the event), including the list of participants, for easy scheduling, effortless navigation and better networking.

6. Proceedings

Onsite conference material and post-event slide downloads (subject to speaker consent).

New to Intergraf Currency+Identity?

All Intergraf Currency+Identity participants have submitted detailed documentation on their company, as well as product samples, to enable our Committee of Experts to assess their eligibility. An equally strict screening procedure applies to new companies and individuals.

If you've never attended and would like to join us in Milan, please register your interest. We will get in touch to request the necessary details.

Remember
Screening can take several weeks. We therefore recommended you allow plenty of time to ensure that the procedure can be completed well ahead of registration deadlines.
Intergraf reserves the right to refuse participation if its attendance criteria are not met.

Intergraf Currency+Identity is open exclusively to security printers, suppliers to security printers, central banks, government authorities, law enforcement, and industry-specific digital solution providers.

Can I attend virtually?

No. Intergraf Currency+Identity 2025 will be an in-person only event. There will be no synchronous streaming of the sessions.

Yes. A preferential rate applies to central banks, ministries and law enforcement - to make the most of it, register before the early-bird deadline of 15/01/2025:

The member rate applies only if your company is a full member of a national printing federation that is a member of Intergraf.

Intergraf has 22 members from 21 countries. Check whether your national printing federation is among these.

A confirmation email will be sent to you within two days of your registration being submitted, with an invoice attached.

If you cannot find that email in your inbox, take a look at your spam folder: it may have landed there instead. And please kindly check the invoice carefully to verify its accuracy.

How can I pay?

How can I pay?

We can only accept bank transfers or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), and no later than 28/03/2025.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made in euro, without deduction of any bank charges. Any sum unpaid within 14 days of the invoicing date shall automatically and without notice attract interest at a rate of 1.50% per month. Please remember to include the invoice number when making your bank transfer.

No payment can be taken onsite.

If you wish to completely cancel your registration, Intergraf's cancellation policy, detailed above, will apply. Download the Registration terms & conditions.

If you can no longer attend, another representative from your company can take your place, provided that you notify us before 20/02/2025 at intergrafconference@intergraf.eu.

Do I really need to provide a photo?

Do I really need to provide a photo?

Yes, please upload a recent photograph when you register.

Access to the sessions, exhibition and networking events can only be granted to badge holders. And a photo is needed to print your badge. If we are missing it, your badge will not be available for pick-up at the registration desk. You will need to wait while your picture is taken and the badge printed.

To print well, the file should be at least 240x300 px in size and 300 dpi in resolution (.jpg or .png).

Invitation letters can only be issued to fully registered and paid in-person participants, for the duration of the event(s) attended.

If you need a visa to travel to Bilbao, please tick the relevant box when you register online to let us know, and allow sufficient time for the letter to be issued and the visa application to be processed.

The letter will be sent to your email address, in PDF format. Applicants are responsible for contacting the relevant Spanish authorities.

What about insurance?

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.

Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the event. Intergraf is in no way responsible for any insurance claims.
