All Intergraf Currency+Identity participants have submitted detailed documentation on their company, as well as product samples, to enable our Committee of Experts to assess their eligibility. An equally strict screening procedure applies to new companies and individuals.
If you've never attended and would like to join us in Milan, please register your interest. We will get in touch to request the necessary details.
Remember Screening can take several weeks. We therefore recommended you allow plenty of time to ensure that the procedure can be completed well ahead of registration deadlines. Intergraf reserves the right to refuse participation if its attendance criteria are not met.
Intergraf Currency+Identity is open exclusively to security printers, suppliers to security printers, central banks, government authorities, law enforcement, and industry-specific digital solution providers.
We can only accept bank transfers or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), and no later than 28/03/2025.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made in euro, without deduction of any bank charges. Any sum unpaid within 14 days of the invoicing date shall automatically and without notice attract interest at a rate of 1.50% per month. Please remember to include the invoice number when making your bank transfer.

Access to the sessions, exhibition and networking events can only be granted to badge holders. And a photo is needed to print your badge. If we are missing it, your badge will not be available for pick-up at the registration desk. You will need to wait while your picture is taken and the badge printed.
To print well, the file should be at least 240x300 px in size and 300 dpi in resolution (.jpg or .png).
Invitation letters can only be issued to fully registered and paid in-person participants, for the duration of the event(s) attended.
If you need a visa to travel to Bilbao, please tick the relevant box when you register online to let us know, and allow sufficient time for the letter to be issued and the visa application to be processed.
The letter will be sent to your email address, in PDF format. Applicants are responsible for contacting the relevant Spanish authorities.
The business programme is correct at the time of publication. However, amendments to the content or speakers may occasionally occur.
It is possible that Intergraf Currency+Identity and/or some of the associated services may not be available at any given time due to circumstances beyond the will of Intergraf, such as, but not limited to, power/server outages or issues, server updates or maintenance periods, interruption/failure of utility service, and/or electronic or communications failure, war, danger of war, revolts, strikes, shut-out of workers, transportation difficulties, fire, communicable disease, terrorist attacks or any other severe disturbances affecting Intergraf or its suppliers.
Intergraf will make reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of any such interruption to Intergraf Currency+Identity and/or the associated services. Where these are unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Intergraf, Intergraf shall have no liability to you.
