    Katarina Šturm Osvald is responsible for overseeing the implementation of legislation and procedures related to Slovenian identity documents, while coordinating with administrative authorities and citizens. She has played a key role in the introduction of multiple generations of Slovenian passports and identity cards, contributing to legislative development and the design of IT solutions for document application, record management, and secure production. Employed at the Ministry of the Interior and Public Administration since 2006, she has specialised in identification documents since 2007.
