  Petri has over two decades of experience in the secure identity industry, with a professional background spanning product management, development, and technical standardization. As an expert in identity documents and security features, he currently leads product management initiatives at Thales Cyber and Digital, where he oversees projects focused on securing identity across both digital solutions and physical documents.

  Leveraging his technical expertise in secure identity, Petri has been a founding member of the Secure Identity Alliance’s document security working group since 2013, currently contributing as a technical lead for online eSAM and eSEC tools. Throughout his career, he has also participated in various passport standardization and technology groups under the auspices of ISO and ICAO.
