  • Presentation Title: How the Narodowy Bank Polski navigated crises towards 2026
  • Presentation 2-Line Description: How does a central bank ensure uninterrupted access to cash when the world faces unprecedented disruption? Join us for an exclusive look at how the National Bank of Poland navigated two major crises—the COVID-19 pandemic and the consequences of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Through these challenging periods, the Bank implemented strategic, operational, and logistical measures to safeguard the cash supply and maintain public confidence. This session explores the critical importance of understanding the needs of all stakeholders across the cash cycle and shares practical lessons on preparedness, agility, and central bank accountability. Drawing on real-world experience, it offers valuable insights into building resilience and ensuring continuity in times of uncertainty.
