Bio:
Alejandro Rozas Alosilla Velasco is the Deputy Manager of Currency Analysis and Programming of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru. Alejandro is in charge of ensuring an adequate quantity, quality, features, and denominations of the currency, according to the economy demands, proposing actions to optimize the supply and distribution and withdrawal of the cash.
With over 30 years of experience at the Central Bank, he has been Deputy Manager of General Services and Deputy Manager of Cash and Custody, among other positions. Moreover, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Central National Office Against Counterfeiting since 2014.
Alejandro is an economist and holds an MBA with a specialisation in finance. He has also been university professor in undergraduate and postgraduate studies at various universities in the country.
