R. Rajeshkumar is the Singapore representative to ISO SC17/WG3 and the current editor of Doc 9303 – part 12 (Public Key Infrastructure for MRTDs).

He is an active participant in ICAO’s New Technologies Working Group (NTWG) and Implementation and Capacity Building Working Group (ICBWG), and a member of the ICBWG sub-group examining non-compliant travel documents, which focuses on issues related to ePassports and/or the digital PKI certificates associated with ePassports.

Rajeshkumar is the Chief Executive of Auctorizium Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company specialising in solutions for ePassport PKI and the validation of ePassports.

Electronic document validation in the era of digitalisation – from eMRTDs to Digital Travel Credentials (DTCs)

ICAO New Technologies Working Group (NTWG) has developed specifications for the issuance of travel credentials in a digital format. This talk covers the concept and the use uses for the DTC and compares the similarities and differences between validating eMRTDs and DTCs.
