  Millie has been Head of Design at Casa da Moeda do Brasil (Brazilian State Mint) since 2015. She was part of the team that designed the Second Series of Real Banknotes for Brazil and led the team that designed the New Brazilian Passport, in addition to designing commemorative coins, medals, identity documents and tax stamps.

  She started designing postage stamps for Correios Brasil (Brazilian Mail Company) and was then drawn to Casa da Moeda do Brasil where she has more than 25 years of experience as a graphic designer. After joining the Mint, she had the opportunity to study coins, notes, passports, and all kinds of security products.
