Bio:
Mark Erlich has over 15 years’ experience in electronic identity, digital signatures, and related technical solutions. Involved in both technical and legal tasks throughout his career, he has acquired good skills in public sector IT solutions and building e-Governance.
Since 2010 Mark has been working at the Information System Authority, the authority responsible for public sector IT security and fundamental components of e-Government in Estonia.
In his current position as Head of the eID Department, Mark oversees the department in charge of electronic identity architecture, strategic management, digital signature software, and related web-services.

The entire world has been deeply affected by COVID-19. And so has our industry, be it by the reduction in the daily use of cash or by the restrictions on the movement of people. This panel will explore the lessons learned from the outbreak, and how these may contribute to reshaping the future of our currency and identity documents.
