Nikki Strickland is the Head of Product Marketing at De La Rue, working in the product and cash cycle analytics area of the currency business since 2014. Nikki started off her career as a scientist in the research and development group in the paints and coatings industry. She later moved into market research, marketing and product management.
Nikki’s role includes marketing, strategy and cash cycle analytics. She manages the DLR Analytics™ team, who support banknote issuing authorities all over the world, and is responsible for De La Rue’s forward-looking view on the future of cash.
Her background is as a scientist, with an MSci in Chemistry from Imperial College and a PhD in Computational Chemistry from the University of Bristol. She also trained as a six-sigma Black Belt, has a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and is an alumni of the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School.
