REGISTRATION 
1. Registration
Intergraf Warm-up Webinars are open to security printers, suppliers to security printers, central banks, government authorities, law enforcement, and industry-specific digital solution providers.
Invited participants may share links to Intergraf Warm-up Webinars with colleagues from the same company or fulfilling the above-mentioned criteria.

2. Fees
All Intergraf Warm-up Webinars are free of charge.

3. Privacy
Personal data collected during registration is used to keep contacts informed about current and future events.
Contacts can unsubscribe at any time by contacting intergrafconference@intergraf.eu.

4. Online application
By registering to Intergraf Warm-up Webinars, you agree to displaying your first and last name when entering the Webex by CISCO app so as to make it visible to all online participants.

5. Audio and video recording
By attending Intergraf Warm-up Webinars, you acknowledge and agree that, where you choose to participate, you are giving Intergraf consent to record and store recordings for those webinars that you join.
This includes the right to edit the media and the right to use that media alone or together with other information on www.intergrafconference.com.

6. Disclaimer
Topics are correct at the time of publication. However, amendments to the content or speakers may occasionally occur.
Where Intergraf Warm-up Webinars are unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Intergraf, Intergraf shall have no liability to you.

CODE OF CONDUCT

1. Prepare ahead
For a better experience, please download the Webex by CISCO app, if not available on your computer already.
Alternatively, use the Webex web app to join from any Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari browser to connect quickly and without having to download or install any plug-ins on your computer.

2. Log in
Please log in as guest with your first and last name.
As participant you will have very restricted rights. You can only see and listen to the speaker, and see how many other participants join the meeting.
Turn off your webcam during the entire duration of the webinar.

3. Q&A
Communication is possible only via the Chat panel in the lower right of the meeting window.
Please only use the Chat to send questions to the speaker. Do not use it for internal discussion or other topics.
If someone sends a question that you also wanted to ask, add a short statement like ‘good question’.
The moderator will monitor the chat during the presentation and read all questions if time allows.
