New to Intergraf Currency+Identity?

All new companies and individuals are subject to strict screening by Intergraf's Committee of Experts. If you have never attended our event and would like to join us for Intergraf Currency+Identity Online, please complete our New Contact Form to register your interest. We will get in touch to request the information needed to assess your eligibility. Intergraf reserves the right to refuse participation if its attendance criteria are not met.

Please kindly note, due to the delay involved in assessing your eligibility, Intergraf will no longer be able to consider new companies or individuals for attendance after 10 March 2021.

Registration policy

The event is open exclusively to security printers, suppliers to security printers, central banks, government authorities, law enforcement, industry-specific digital solution providers.

What you need to register

Your username and password. These were sent to you by email in December 2020 with the subject line 'Intergraf Currency+Identity Online 2021 - Registration Info'. They are linked to your personal profile and cannot be shared or transferred. Forgotten? Have them resent via our registration area, or contact us at intergrafconference@intergraf.eu.

Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you within two days. Please kindly check the attached invoice carefully to verify its accuracy. No confirmation email? Take a look at your spam folder: it may have been blocked by your spam filters and delivered there instead of your inbox. Still have questions? Please contact us at intergrafconference@intergraf.eu!

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made in euro, without deduction of any bank charges. Any sum unpaid within 15 days of the invoicing date shall automatically and without notice attract interest at a rate of 1.50% per month. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Bank transfers will no longer be accepted after 24/03/2021 (please remember to quote the invoice number.)

Substitutions

If you have registered and can no longer attend, another representative from your company can take your place provided that you notify us in writing at intergrafconference@intergraf.eu, at the very latest two weeks before the start of the event.

Photo

Please upload a recent photograph when completing the online registration form. It will be needed to create your profile in our database and on the event's virtual platform.

Disclaimer

The conference programme is correct at the time of publication. However, amendments to the content or speakers may occasionally occur. It is possible that Intergraf Currency+Identity Online and/or some of the services may not be available at any given time due to circumstances beyond the will of Intergraf such as power or server outages or issues, servers update or maintenance periods, interruption or failure of utility service and/or electronic or communications failure, war, danger of war, revolts, strikes, shut-out of workers, transportation difficulties, fire, communicable disease, terrorist attacks or any other severe disturbances affecting Intergraf or its suppliers. Intergraf will take reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of interruption to the services or the online event. Where the services are unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Intergraf, we shall have no liability to you.
